Overview

Al Jadaani Mall is a mixed-use commercial complex that integrates retail plaza, multi-tenant commercial spaces, and a dedicated medical center — Al Amal Medical Center — within a single cohesive development. The design creates a dynamic urban destination that serves both retail and healthcare needs within one master-planned environment.

ILD's engagement covered the complete architectural design scope: from site massing and circulation planning through façade detailing and permit-ready documentation. The design balances contemporary commercial language with practical operational requirements — maximizing tenant appeal, pedestrian flow, and asset value across the entire complex.
