Sultanah Square

Overview

Sultanah Square is a multi-use commercial building located on one of Jeddah's most prominent corridors — Prince Sultan Street. The project was engaged for full construction supervision, ensuring the building's façade, structural, and finishing works were delivered to specification and on schedule.

The building's mixed retail and office program required careful coordination across multiple contractor teams — a role ILD managed with the institutional discipline and on-site presence that defines our supervision standard.
